My dear J.
Between us, my arrangement is consummated for
the whole money payable as soon as the papers can
be made out. So you will please make out a state-
ment like that of the 1st May last, of the whole estate

fect as of that day. I will advise you when and where
to send it to me. Make it so that it can be put into
two books. One to contain ^statements of^ Bonds & Mortgages, the
other the contracts reverted & unsold lands.
Let them be neatly prepared. If you cannot get
it completed by 20thFeb, then bring it down to 1st March.
Also an account with ^of^ Chautauqua Office with General
land Office.
The Ohio certificate of the Lumbermans
Bank was paid & I have drawn $600, of it, you
need not draw for balance.
The $4000 draft was protested. Will you advise
