At length my dear Jennings I am about to close the long protracted
affair which called me here. It has undergone some modifications
not material to mention now. I trust to go to Philadelphia
tomorrow evening or at farthest the next day.
Mr Rumsey
remain in hand. I close everything this week I think both here
and in Philadelphia and shall set my face Westward
as early as Monday. I shall be with you with the least pos-
sible delay. Yours faithfuly
