Dear Henry
A little detention here enables
me to say that I have been unable
as yet to get power of Attorney
out of Mr Robinsons
complete my negotiation for Mother
here - but hope to leave the city
tonight at 5. You may therefore
look for me by Tuesday or Wed-
nesday of next week at Albany. I am
getting crazy with much absence
from a suffering business - & before
I return, I must bespeak a little
season with of leisure with you.
Your own interests impressively
demand it - If possible I must
see you to obtain direction from you.
Your Grateful Brother
B.J. Seward
