My dear William Henry
Our family Vault 16 by 24
feet and 9 feet high of the best materials and I presum as
Well built as any in the State was completed this afternoon
and the workman discharged. Edwin Washington
started this morning with a letter to Mr Margarum

old farm for the purpose of disintering the remains of our
departed relations at Vernon. Mr Margarum made no ob-
jection to the removal but would prefer their remaining
as it aded respictability to his farm. He had kept the
burying plot in fine repaire much to his credit.
They returned this evening with the bones and
other remains of five persons viz, Father Seward
