Dear Lazette I received your letter that you sent by
Thomas
were all well your father
very unexpectly to me for I had concluded that he would
not go attall but he took quite a sudden start and left in
quite a hurry and as he said he should return the first
of April or at least he thought he should and that Augustus
would come with him I have commenced cleaning his room
immediately so that I should be sure of having it done
when he returns and in addishion to that I have got
Levina Taylor
been three days afiting one waist I have come to the
conclusion that I had rather have any thing in the
House than a mantaumaker I think cleaning House
is quite a pleasant thing to what it is to have her
here she seams to think – she must make trouble
I have not been out of the House since I last
wrote to you I have not been very well since but
have got quite well again Mrs Pitney

has just called here they both send love to you
Mrs Pitney has got a new velvet short cloak trimmed
with fringe she looked very much like a bride or at
least her dress did Mrs Rite
she wishes to be remembered in love to you as Almira
used to say she wanted that I should come there
and spende the afternoon to day but I thought
I had rather wait till you come out before
I went I told her that you would be out in April
Mrs Debora Wood has been here to day she and
George
summer then are going next week to break up

you thought of takeing her this Summer she said

pleased withe the idea thought of going I rather think
