Dear Willie,
I send the little cakes which
I baked for you week before last
they are not quite as good now
as they were then – Carlo is well &
very fat & heavy – he disturbs every
body barking – if you hear of anything
that is good for preventing dogs barking
I wish you would send me word-
old Mr. Wood
Carlo killed because he got in their
door yard – Dick is well again tho
he does not sing – How is your hen?
How many times a day do you feed
her? I suppose she will have some
soft little chickens some time this summer.
Give my love to sister & all the rest-
