My dear Uncle,
Mr Henry Raynor
Birth: 1799-08-07 Death: 1866-03-07
of Syracuse whom I
saw last evening desires me to ask you if you will
loan him some money on some real estate in that
city. There are, he says, 22 acres without buildings
The land has been appraised at $500 per acre.
The title is from the state and the premises are
unencumbered. He wishes to loan if the
estate has the funds as much as is right &
safe.
