My Dear Lazette, I leave for Washington tomorrow.
In addition to former sales I have to day contracted
with William Greenwood
Numbers 3 and Four of the Little Farm, each a quar-
ter of an acre or thereabout at three hundred dollars
a lot, and to advance two hundred dollars towards
buildings therein, the whole $800 to be repaid within
ten years to us, and before a deed shall be
delivered. If you approve this please write your
approval under this statement and return it to
me by mail to Auburn. your brother,
