My dear Fanny,
I am
much obliged for your
letter of Sunday
May I trouble you with two
little erands, first to get &
send me by mail a box of
long leads for my pencil. I
enclose the tip so you can get
the right size & second to order
& send me half a dozen of my
last photographs, which can be
obtained at Bradge Old Gallery in
Washington, let me know what
these all cost & I will send you
the money.
I enclose a copy of a late order

which is just making
considerable commotion in
Martinsburg.
I am very glad to hear that
you are getting much better.
Your aff bro.
