advised him that the Release

I have advised Mr M that I thought
it would be well to leave what proposition
the party had to make but that we
should want to be pretty sure of the
sale of the goods even if the offer
for the land was satisfactory
I have opened on my Ledge our a/c

4,514 71/ 100 acres at $4, for a 18,058.54
