Thomas Albert Osborne was born July 1, 1800. He was a judge who had two wives, 1st was Mary Walter who died Dec. 4, 1837, and 2nd was Eliza Jeannette who died Aug. 29, 1856. His children were Gustavus Adolphus born May 25, 1829, died May 11, 1849 and Mary Walter born Dec. 30, 1833, died May 5, 1856, interments at Mayville.
Also found in 18380124BJS_WHS "... tell Wilcox that if his interest was not paid before the 10th Feb he would find his business in the hands of Osborne & Greene in Mayville." Osborne was a partner of Jacob Houghton at Fredonia and Mayville, and then of John Birdsall and George A. Greene.
