Biography

Walter Hubbell was accepted to practice law around 1817. He was not a power hungry lawyer, but did serve in the Assembly in 1829. His law partners where chronologically as follows: Judge Howell, Levi Hubbell, David Greig and Thomas M. Howell. Levi Hubbell was Walter's younger brother.
