Sarah Ann Walker (nee Breese) married Thomas Read Walker with whom she had four daughter, Louisa Johnson Walker (1831-1834), Annie Breese Walker Dexter (1833-1867), Susan Louisa Walker Smith (1834-1918), Mary Seymour Walker Montgomery (1845-1895). Her husband was attorney for the State of New York in 1860, and the City Attorney for Utica in 1840. She is mentioned in Catherine Morgan Dix's letter to FMS in 1840, in which Dix asked FMS and WHS to take tea "sociably this evng to meet your Auburn friends and Mrs Walker from Utica."
