of the two Manchesters; N Beardsley
has wrote them to day, that he
must sue them for the Bank
unless they pay by return[ ed ]

Ostrander
bought of Manchester, his object
appears to be to get you to say
write something about the
warrenty; N. Bearsley has answer[ ed ]

could give the information he asked
except as to the extent of the Lots and
buildings which Bearsley give to
him from the best of his recolalure
