I shall not succeed here- Cincinnati
funds are at only 5 p.c. discount: could I do anything
by going to C. think you? If I were certain Mr
Starr
for me perhaps;- But if my letter should find him absent
nothing would be done. If I should go, & he be away
from home, would it answer for me to do the best I
could there & in whatever way presented itself? The
assignment to Clarence
on my return to Florida. Please answer by return
mail, to Florida.
