My dear William Henry
Above you will receive
a Certificate of Deposit of four hundred ninety
Dollars in the Bank of Newburgh to your
Credit — You will please to pay E B Woods
balance on Sherwoods
get them regularly assigned and [ acknow ]
Reason: hole

ledged and transfer them to me
I have very unexpectedly received a sum
of money and deposited in the New-
burgh Bank which I wish to Loan if it
can be done immediate
I have Just Recvd a letter from Loring
Willard
of 4000 on three hundred acres best
