My Dear Uncle
Inclosed please find duplicate copies of the agreement
you desired. I have taken the description from the Deed of
October 13, 1830 of John Porter
scription contained in the Power of Attorney you mentioned
was not sufficiently full to enable any person to identify
the premises intended to be conveyed.
Will you please sign one of the copies
have Fred
it to Mr Douglass
If the agreement is inaccurate or erroneous
please correct it and excuse it as I am but a neophyte
as yet in the profession.
