My Dear Uncle
I received your letter and its contents, a few days
since. I thank you very kindly for your attention to my
wants. I received papers concerning my school bill and
obeyed the directions and will return you the bill. I am
sorry to have troubled Aunty
engaged. I fear two months will be a short time for
you to accomplish all your business at Florida. I received
a letter from Mary
ill at Florida. I was surprised to hear that Frances
was to be married so soon. Please tell Aunty that
I am obliged to go out to Washington and attend
to having my dresses made, Maria
and seems to be very anxious for your return, though
not more anxious than I. I suppose Fannie

here and must be still colder at home. Ask Aunty
