My Dearest Frances
Please ask Frederick
New River. P.O. Parish of Ascension, La. copies of all my
speeches that he finds franked, and to send to me in a
double envelope such as are not franked.
I am not sure that he will find the above address
intelligible. It is however a facsimile. Clarence
to do this if Fred shall have left.
I wrote you this morning at length.
