My dear Uncle:
In a matter of some doubt &
perplexity I turn to you for advice. I have never
asked advice in vain and I am therefore em-
boldened to ask again.

be compelled to seek a home elsewhere. I have
sought anxiously for a house which I can
rent at that time and can find none. There

arranged. The price is $3.500 – payments as I wish
Mr Beardsley desires an answer next week.
