My dear Uncle:
Mr Oliphant
sign the lease which we sent to you.
What shall we do? Will you not write
to Mr Oliphant and let him in his
answer state what his objections to the
lease are. We have rented the cor-
ner store to Mr Ivison
on the 1st of April — We have a tenant
now in the store at a rent of $7 per
week.
