Teusday 21st
My dear Henry
I am just recovering
from illness induced by reading
your speech Sunday – It
was a great and good speech
and cannot have a bad
effect upon any one whose
brain is in a less irritable
state than mine –
I agree with Weed
you men now made a stronger
argument – I will
write more when stronger
the Dr
read any more long speeches
so don’t make any –
All well at home & Canandaigua
your own
Frances –
