He went yesterday to

olis, where they are

the new Minister

here to receive him.
The vessel has not
been heard of since
the 22 of Feb, at which
time she sailed from
Liverpool. She was to
stop at Madeira.
Your promotion appears
in the papers so I
suppose you have official
notice of it by this
time.
