My dearest Jenny
Mac
last night for Washington having
been here since Monday noon
He was very anxious that I should
go with him to Washington but
I found it impossible. I shall
if nothing happens leave here
for home Saturday or Monday
but shall not reach there before
the middle of the week as I
have to stay one day in Washington
I will telegraph when I start
& what day I shall be in
Auburn. George
me
I wish you would find out
whether J.M Brown
or when he will be there as I
should like to see him before
