Biography

One of the founding members of auburn.  He married Eliza Roberts Richardson.

"After a brief residence in the town of Scipio, he came to Auburn in 1809 and engaged in the business of making furniture. He purchased the lot on the east side of South Street, described in the language of our time as reaching from Grover Street to the residence of Dr. J. P. Creveling.
