Biography

Brother to Nathan Burr, with whom he was in a building business in Ludlowville. He and his brother did very well for themselves and sold the business after thirty years of success. He moved to New York City where he died in 1889 at 97 years old. Calvin Burr's body was then interred in Pine Grove Cemetery where his wife and children were buried.
