Please say to Father
I have made the following arrange-
ments for leases expiring in Auburn
on the 1st of next May
Parsons Furniture Ware rooms heretofore rented
at $550 per annum – new lease for three years
at $1,000 “ “
John Fowler
at $500 New lease for three years
at $750 per year
2 Brick Dwellings in South Street heretofore rented
at $275 each per annum – new leases at
$325 “ “ “
Military Hall I expect to be able to renew
the present lease at $750 per annum
I have offered the Burr
their half of the vacant lot in rear of
exchange buildings and if it can be had
at that I think a brick building can be
put up on it and rented to the different tenants
of the ex Block at a good rent
I have increased the rent of your Garden St
house from $325 to $350. I think rents in

Abur Auburn are now at their highest
point
I expect to be here until the latter
part of the week I left home
